Updates on "Heated" Set Confrontation and Robert Downey Jr.'s Doom Reshoots
After online rumors of tension on Avengers: Doomsday's set, fans have speculated about which cast members are involved. Many people know the actors' names, but nobody wants to be the first to reveal them (legal ramifications may make it unwise).
Last night, John Rocha posted updates on his YouTube channel, providing more details on what happened. He did not name Robert Downey Jr. or Ryan Reynolds.
One actor upset their co-star with a comment. Things got heated during a verbal confrontation. Marvel/Disney offered to make some changes, but when they revealed how much it would cost for rewrites that would give this character a subplot, the person declined, and both parties apologized.
Rocha believes the "aggrieved party" was justified in their reaction, regardless of what was said.
